President Milos Zeman is convinced that by annulling the anti-coronavirus measures, the court takes "full responsibility" for the impact of its decision on the lives and health of inhabitants and the economy of the Czech Republic, his spokesman Jiri Ovcacek told CTK. Zeman reacted to today's verdict of the Prague Municipal Court annulling, as of April 27, the Health Ministry's four anti-coronavirus measures restricting the free movement of people as well as retail sale and services in the Czech Republic. The court said it considered the measures unlawful as the government had not adopted them under the crisis law. The decision is legally binding.
