US architectural studio wins competition for Czech concert hall

The studio of New York architect Steven Holl has won the competition for the design of a new concert hall in Ostrava, its Mayor Tomas Macura (ANO) told journalists on Thursday. The building will cost some 1.5 billion crowns and the construction is due to start in 2022 and be finished within two years.
