United Right victory also possible in next election - president

A victory of the ruling United Right coalition is also possible in 2023, President Andrzej Duda has told the Sieci weekly in an interview. He said it would happen if they are successful in avoiding an "arrogance of power." "I believe that a victory of the United Right is also possible in 2023, if this formation manages to avoid the observable arrogance of power, which is what annoys people the most. Also, if it is possible for Poland to defend itself against the economic crisis, keep jobs, return to the path of dynamic development," the president said. "If I could give some advice to my colleagues, I'd say: Stay close to the people," said Duda. "And I'm going to be keeping an eye on this," he added.
