Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko thanked Poland's Constitutional Tribunal for its ruling according to which the amended law on the Institute of National Remembrance law was unconstitutional in the part related to the crimes of Ukrainian nationalists. The Constitutional Tribunal ruled that the expressions "Ukrainian nationalists" and "Eastern Lesser Poland" are unconstitutional. Let me express my gratitude to President Andrzej Duda for having asked the top court to review the law and to the Tribunal for its verdict, President Poroshenko wrote in Ukrainian and Polish on social media on Thursday. Let us continue to work for the strengthening of the Ukrainian-Polish partnership, he added.
