Ukrainian intellectuals appeal to Polish president to veto anti-defamation bill

The Ukrainian side in the Ukrainian-Polish Partnership Forum appealed to Polish President Andrzej Duda to veto a bill amending the law on the Institute for National Remembrance (IPN), which envisages punishment for denying the crimes of Ukrainian nationalists. The forum, which groups Polish and Ukrainian intellectuals, acts under the patronage of the foreign ministers of both countries.
