Twelve Polish and one Czech miner were killed on Thursday evening in a lethal methane blast at a mine in the Czech town of Karvina. Ten miners are injured, three have been hospitalised. Polish and Czech PMs Mateusz Morawiecki and Andrej Babis arrived at the site of the disaster on Friday. Morawiecki, who visited the explosion's survivors in a hospital in Ostrava, informed that a Pole is among the injured. The man is in a serious condition with extensive burns.
