Turkish metal company to invest in south Poland

Ulus Metal, the Turkish producer of metal products for the automotive industry, has purchased property in the special economic zone in Zabrze (southern Poland), with a view to building a 40 million zloty (EUR 9.6m) plant and hiring 80 employees. Work on the new facility - which will manufacture auto parts - is set to start this year and be completed in two years, Zabrze authorities said.
