Transport Minister Tok decides to leave cabinet

April 8th, 2019

Czech Transport Minister Dan Tok has decided to leave the government, he told journalists before the cabinet meeting today. Tok told the Novinky.cz server earlier today that he agreed on his departure with PM Andrej Babis earlier. Tok said he wanted to leave in January, but Babis did not agree with it. Tok said it is up to Babis when and how he would leave the cabinet. He does not want to propose his successor, he added.
