Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto on Thursday summoned Sweden's ambassador to Hungary over recent critical remarks by the Swedish government. Swedish Foreign Minister Margot Wallstrom said on Wednesday that Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban and Matteo Salvini, the Italian interior minister, are working to form an alliance against democrats and left-wingers. Sweden's migration minister Helene Fritzon criticised Hungary's migration policy and suggested that Hungary should take a share in the EU's common migration policy, noting that her country had enthusiastically accommodated Hungarian refugees in 1956. "The pro-migration Swedish government has launched another attack on Hungary," Szijjarto told MTI.
