Stats Office: Slovakia's GDP growth decelerated to 1.3 percent in 3Q19

Deceleration of GDP growth even more deepened in the third quarter of this year with GDP in fixed prices going up 1.3 percent, down 3.3 percentage points (p.p.) from the same period of last year, the Slovak Statistics Office reported on Thursday, adding this is the lowest growth to be reported since 4Q13. Slovakia's GDP grew by 3.8 percent in the first quarter of this year and by 2.2 percent in the second quarter. "Figures for previous quarters have been adjusted within the big benchmark data revision carried out in October," stated the Statistics Office.
