Specialised Criminal Court prolongs custody for Norbert B.

The Specialised Criminal Court in Pezinok has ruled that Nitra-based oligarch Norbert B. and entrepreneur Peter K., who were both arrested and remanded in custody in July during the National Crime Agency's (NAKA) Operation Stock Farmer, will remain in custody until April. As both men have filed an appeal against the decision, it will now be up to the Supreme Court to decide definitively whether their custody will be prolonged.
