Special Criminal Court to rule on plea bargain with Zoltan A. on Dec. 30

The Specialised Criminal Court (STS) in Pezinok (Bratislava region) has set the date of a public session at which it will decide on a draft plea bargain with Zoltan A. for December 30, SNS spokesperson Katarina Kudjakova told TASR on Tuesday. Zoltan A. was charged in mid-October with mediating the murder of journalist Jan Kuciak and his fiancee Martina Kusnirova. However, he has been cooperating with the police and prosecutor's office from the beginning, and his testimony has been of key importance in the case. He has entered into a plea bargain with a special prosecutor.
