In the next six months, 44 percent of Polish companies plan to raise their workers' pay, 17 percent more than half a year ago, according to research by Randstad. The scale of the pay rises will be smaller than those declared six months ago, Randstad reported, at 2 percent. "As a rule, the end of the year is the moment that employers review their pay policy and analyse the situation on the market," Randstad wrote in a commentary to the research.
