Soldier killed in Afghanistan buried with military honours

The funeral with military honours of Kamil Benes, 28, one of the three Czech soldiers killed by a suicide bomber in Afghanistan on August 5, started with a requiem mass and aircraft flights today. Benes along with his fellow soldiers Martin Marcin, 36, and Patrik Stepanek, 25, died in a terrorist attack that occurred in the morning of the local time on Sunday, August 5 when they were patrolling some nine kilometres of the Bagram allied base in the Parwan province in Afghanistan.
