Vice-chair of the now opposition Smer-SD party Erik Kalinak and presidium member Igor Melicher have filed three criminal complaints regarding violation of copyright and fraud in connection with the diploma theses of Prime Minister Igor Matovic, Parliamentary Chair Boris Kollar and Education Minister Branislav Groehling, Smer-SD spokesman Jan Mazgut told TASR on Monday. Kalinak and Melicher said that in a similar case in the past concerning then-parliamentary chair Andrej Danko, certain politicians rushed to engage in pointing the finger, appeals for resignations and the filing of criminal complaints. "Today, they are probably engaged in summer activities. However, we've decided to act and have filed three criminal complaints with the Prosecutor General's Office regarding the matter of violating copyrights and committing fraud," said Melicher.
