Slovakia will contribute 8.75 million euros to the EU Emergency Trust Fund for stability and addressing root causes of irregular migration and displaced persons in Africa, according to a document approved by the government at its regular session on Wednesday. The Visegrad Four's contribution totalling 35 million euros should go chiefly to Libya. The money will be used to resume patrol boats, for training security units for border protection and the creation of a Libyan monitoring and rescue centre.
