Slovakia's National Oncology Institute to be temporarily led by Tomas Alscher

The National Oncology Institute (NOU) in Bratislava will be temporarily headed from Tuesday, May 1 by Tomas Alscher, the incumbent economic director, Health Minister Andrea Kalavska agreed with heads of all NOU clinics at a meeting on Monday. "It was important for us to select a person who is acceptable to the employees of the institute, who knows the environment and is able to stabilise the situation," said Kalavska.
