Slovakia may ease Covid restrictions from April 19

Measures related to the coronavirus pandemic might be eased as of April 19, Health Analyses Institute chief Matej Misik said before the cabinet meeting on Wednesday in the presence of Health Minister Vladimir Lengvarsky. The reason is the improving situation, and in particular the decrease in the number of patients admitted into hospital, which has fallen below the threshold of 3,000, as well as a lower reproduction number.
