Slovakia's GDP up 3.1 pc in Q2 2017 chiefly thanks to domestic demand

Gross domestic product (GDP) of Slovakia in fixed prices rose year-on-year by 3.3 percent in the second quarter of 2017, according to updated figures published by the Statistics Office on Tuesday. In a quarterly comparison, GDP grew by 0.8 percent over the April-June period.
