Slovak village representatives resign over viral video

Four out of five councillors in the village of Fekisovce (Kosice region) tendered their resignations on Wednesday in the wake of a video of a council session presided over by mayor Miloslava Fedorova that went viral on the internet, TASR learnt on Thursday. The video, in which Fedorova makes councillors sing the Slovak anthem, berates them for not knowing the lyrics and yells at them, made headlines in the Slovak media while inspiring a number of parodies.
TASR
