Slovak revenues from goods, services up in Jan

Revenues from domestically produced goods and services in January rose in accommodation by 16.6 percent month-on-month, the Statistics Office reported on Tuesday. Other increases in such revenues were recorded in the following categories: in the sale and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles - 8.5 percent, in wholesale - 1.4 percent, in retail - 0.8 percent, and in restaurants and pubs - 0.2 percent. Revenues from wholesale grew by 7.2 percent, while those from retail rose by 4.5 percent y-o-y.
