Slovak ministry slams Farmers Initiative

Activists behind the Farmers Initiative have announced their decision to join politics and hence the real goal of the initiative has never been to address the problems of Slovak agriculture but to pursue their own political career and guarantee a spotlight for its leaders, the Slovak agriculture ministry said on Tuesday. The ministry responded this way to a report by aktuality.sk website about the farmers' political aspirations.
