Slovak govt approves 223 projects in 16 least developed districts

The government has approved 223 projects in Slovakia's 16 least developed districts worth over 14 million euros, which will result in the creation of over 400 jobs directly and 100 indirectly, Vice-Premier for Investments and Informatisation Richard Rasi said on Wednesday after the cabinet session. "Eighty projects are aimed at supporting the business sector, 50 projects involve tourism development, 10 projects are related to various social services and 20 projects are designed to improve education," Rasi said.
