Serbia, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore and South Korea have placed a temporary ban on pork and pork products from Hungary because of the discovery of African swine fever (ASF) in a wild boar in the north of the country, business daily Vilaggazdasag said on Thursday. Serbia has extended the ban to live hogs, the paper said, citing the website of national food safety agency Nebih.
