SaS prefers amending law on economic mobilisation to state of emergency

April 26th, 2021

Instead of extending the state of emergency, the coalition Freedom and Solidarity (SaS) party proposes amending the law on economic mobilisation, which would enable work obligations to be imposed without the need for a state of emergency. Meanwhile, the party views mandatory mass testing and the night curfew after 8pm as ineffective. "Instead of extending the state of emergency, which includes testing and a curfew after 8pm, we proposed an amendment to the law on economic mobilisation to Prime Minister Eduard Heger," SaS said.
