SaS initiates special parlt session on Danko doctoral thesis

The opposition SaS party has submitted the necessary signatures to initiate a special parliamentary session to review whether House Speaker Andrej Danko is entitled to use a doctor's degree as Danko has failed to publish his doctoral thesis, which he says he has completed at the University of Banska Bystrica, central Slovakia. The opposition parties OLaNO and We are Family, as well as independent lawmakers have backed the initiative.
