SaS: EU funds drawing system good, politicians at fault

Slovakia has so far withdrawn only 7 percent out of the current EU fund programming period, while more than one billion euros was left unused from the previous programming period, the Opposition Freedom and Solidarity party (SaS) said on Monday. According to SaS expert for EU funds Jan Rudolf, "the system is basically good ... it's the management and politicians who prefer party interests rather than the interests of the regions and the state."
