Poland believes that sanctions against Russia should be upheld and Warsaw will oppose any actions that would lead to some sort of 'reset' in relations with Moscow, Polish President Andrzej Duda said in Riga on Wednesday. Speaking at a press conference following his talks with Latvian President Raimonds Vejonis, President Duda said they both agreed that dialogue with Russia should be maintained. However, both Poland and Latvia are against raising the dialogue with Moscow to a higher level due to Russia's occupation of Ukrainian territory, and "aggressive and provocative behaviour" may not be taken for granted, they said.
