Quarter of Czechs are believers, third are atheists

December 18th, 2018

A quarter of Czechs consider themselves believers, almost a third say they are atheists and more than a half believe in the existence of god or other entity which surpasses them, the latest STEM agency poll showed. Women, people over 45 and those living in smaller municipalities most often consider themselves religious. The Czech Republic is considered one of the most atheistic countries in the world.
