The non-parliamentary Progressive Slovakia party (PS) will approach the Together-Civic Democracy party, led by MP Miroslav Beblavy, with an offer for election cooperation, PS leader Ivan Stefunko told a news conference on Wednesday. Under the agreement, the two parties would merge if one of them could not make it to parliament. According to Stefunko, recent events have triggered processes that are changing the forces of political division. "It's highly probable that the next general election will not be when Smer-SD expects it to be, but sooner. This is the expectation of voters in the street," said Stefunko.
