The producers of ventilators in the Czech Republic have called on the government to lower or cancel VAT on health protective devices against the spread of coronavirus, Czech Association of Nanotechnology Industry chairman Jiri Kus told CTK on Monday. The government representatives said last week that they were considering mandating the use of FFP2-category masks at risk places, such as public transport, like in neighbouring Germany.
