The result of this year's constitutional referendum will be binding for the president, and if Poles decide they want changes in the constitution, he will move for the changes, presidential aide Pawel Mucha said on Friday. Initiated by Poland's President Andrzej Duda, the constitutional referendum is scheduled for November 10-11 of this year.
