The Constitutional Court will examine whether the law extending the ban on public opinion polls from 14 to 50 days prior to elections is in line with the Constitution or not, as President Zuzana Caputova has filed a motion about it. At the same time, Caputova has asked the court for suspension of the law's effect, the president's spokesman Martin Strizinec confirmed for TASR on Thursday.
