Polish PM pleased that EC official seeks agreement with Poland

"There are various forces which are not interested in a compromise. I am glad that the EC Vice-President does not represent such a position," Polish PM Mateusz Morawiecki said after a meeting with Frans Timmermans in Warsaw on Monday. "We are trying to reach an agreement, taking into account the necessity of justicial reform," the prime minister told reporters. "We're determined to reach a solution and have shown over the past few months that various arrangements are being continued," PM Morawiecki said, adding that in the meeting he had given Timmermans "a list of various changes that have been implemented" .
