Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on Wednesday that the government wants to rescue as many work places as possible and that two million jobs have already been saved thanks to the benefits of the economic package in the so-called anti-crisis shield. The PM noted that these jobs were rescued thanks to, among other measures, downtime benefits for people on temporary contracts and the self-employed, as well as breaks in the requirement to pay social insurance contributions.
