Polish, German military chiefs discuss NATO, regional security

NATO affairs and regional security dominated Thursday's talks in Warsaw between General Inspector of the German Bundeswehr General Eberhard Zorn and Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces General Rajmund Andrzejczak. Andrzejczak and Zorn discussed Polish-German cooperation in NATO, current reinforcements on NATO's eastern flank, the functioning of Polish-stationed multinational NATO units, the security situation in Eastern Europe, impending military threats and the situation in West Africa. Zorn wrote later on Twitter that much of the talks focused on cooperation in military training.
