Polish, German border guards hold joint exercises

Officers of the Polish Border Guard (SG) and German Federal Police have held their first exercises in the western Polish village of Swiecko as part of a support project of Polish-German border posts under the EU Internal Security Fund, SG announced on Friday. The exercises were held on Thursday by officers of the joint border crossing point at Swiecko. Their task was to check travellers during a motorway inspection and detain anyone in possession of falsified documents.
