A group of Polish army officers are to travel to Albania to assess the scope of aid it can offer to Albania after the country suffered a major earthquake. A total of 50 people were killed in the November 26 earthquake. Some 900 people were injured. The 6.4-magnitude quake, Albania's worst ever, was centred 30 km west of the capital Tirana and was felt across the Balkans and southern Italy across the Adriatic Sea.
