Poland's unemployment edges down m/m in April

Poland's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate amounted to 3.8 percent in April 2018, down from 3.9 in March, the European Union's statistical office, Eurostat, announced on Thursday. The unemployment rate in the eurozone totalled 8.5 percent in April, down from 8.6 percent in March. For all 28 member states of the EU, the rate was 7.1 percent in March, unchanged month on month. The highest unemployment rate was recorded in Spain (15.9 percent) and the lowest in Germany (3.4 percent).
