Poland reports 8,427 new coronavirus cases, 541 fatalities

Poland recorded 8,427 new confirmed coronavirus cases and 541 deaths over the past 24 hours, data released by the Health Ministry show. Hospitals are caring for 24,667 Covid-19 patients, down from 25,591 recorded the day prior, including 2,895 patients on ventilators, against a total of 4,439 ventilators available, the Health Ministry reported.
