Poland opposed to political pressure over EU budget

Poland will not agree to political pressure over the post-2020 EU budget, Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz said on Friday in Brussels. The EU budget must be passed unanimously by all EU members. Czaputowicz, in Brussels for a meeting of NATO foreign ministers, said that some of the EU's proposals regarding the budget were difficult to accept, and warned that Poland planned to "make use of its rights" and oppose them.
