Poland housing starts up y/y in February - stats office

Housing starts in Poland increased by 20.4 percent year on year and by 24.1 percent month on month in February, to 16,682 dwellings, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) said on Thursday. Housing completions in February rose by 6.9 percent year on year and fell by 2.1 percent month on month to 15,971 dwellings. The number of housing construction permits issued in February fell by 17.1 percent year on year and decreased by 18.0 percent month on month to 16,914.
