Poland fuel consumption up 11 pc in 2017

The official consumption in Poland of the six main kinds of liquid fuel totalled 32.5 million cubic metres in 2017, an increase of 11 percent year on year, according to the Polish Organisation of Oil Industry and Trade (POPiHN). Among the various kinds of fuel, the consumption of diesel fuel rose by an annual 15 percent, while the consumption of aviation fuel increased at the fastest pace, by 22 percent year on year.
