Poland election costs up EUR 145 m - Electoral Office

In a letter to Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, Beata Tokaj, the head of the National Electoral Office, has warned that the state budget will need to be amended to cater for increased costs of elections and referendums, estimated at 605 million zlotys (EUR 145m). The increased costs come in connection with amendments to the Electoral Code.
