Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on Friday that Poland, as a country and a nation, was not co-responsible for the Holocaust and this needs urgently to be explained to friends in Israel and the US, as well as to other groups. PM Morawiecki made the statement as he met representatives of foreign and domestic media in Markowa (southeastern Poland), the home village of the Ulma family, who were murdered for hiding Jews during World War II.
