A large exhibition of photographs, period printed materials and objects named 'Okupace 68 Plzen,' prepared by the West Bohemia Gallery, will mark 50 years from the invasion of the Warsaw Pact armies into Czechoslovakia in August 1968, its organisers told journalists today. The exhibition will partly be located in the town hall and partly at the central square. It will map out the events of the stormy 1968 from its spring months through the first days of the occupation till the beginning of the hardline communist "normalisation" era after the invasion.
