Legal representatives of Penta co-owner Jaroslav H. are set to file a criminal complaint and several other motions with the Interior Ministry's Inspection Office, citing an illegal leak of information from the investigation and other files as well as the misuse of the powers of a public figure and slander, lawyer Martin Skubla told TASR on Wednesday. The criminal complaint and some of the other motions will be aimed at investigator Martina Babacsova and will be based on articles released by several online media outlets. "As legal representatives, we want to object strongly to claims that describe our alleged behaviour during the police raid on Digital Park II on December 1, 2020," Skubla said.
