Outgoing Czech ambassador Klausova meets Slovak president

The Czech Republic and Slovakia continue to be very close together in spite of possible different stances on some issues, outgoing Czech ambassador to Bratislava, Livia Klausova, told journalists after her meeting with President Andrej Kiska today. She has been ambassador to Slovakia since December 2013 and she will leave her post at the end of April. Her successor has not been known yet. Czech President Milos Zeman said earlier this month Klausova was leaving the post because she had seven grandchildren and wanted to spend her time with them.
