Opposition parties and 'Black Protest' activists work on sex education law

The Civic Platform (PO), Nowoczesna and Polish People's Party (PSL) opposition parties jointly announced with the 'Black Protest' group on Tuesday that they had commenced social consultation concerning a project to introduce compulsory sex education. Under the proposed changes, a new subject would be introduced from the sixth grade of primary school (11-12-year-olds), called "Knowledge of human sexual life, the principles of conscious and responsible parenthood and the methods and means of conscious procreation."
