Only 8 percent of Polish companies are resilient to cyberattacks, according to a report by the PwC consulting company presented on Tuesday. Last year, 44 percent of Polish companies suffered financial losses as a result of cyberattacks and 62 percent reported cyber interference, the authors of the report added. As Piotr Urban from PwC explained, cyber aware firms are those which have the appropriate tools and security systems implemented, a specialist cyber security team, and their budget for cybersecurity constitutes at least 10 percent of the entire IT budget.
